Chelsea Dearsley to attend the tryouts held at Dakota Arena in Winnipeg. Some of the best female skaters from across Manitoba will be evaluated at this tournament. This is the first stage of the POE (Program of Excellence) which was created to identify and prepare Canada's best young hockey talent for national and international competition. Following the Spring tryouts a Top 40 selection will be announced and

the second phase of the POE the Top 40 will take place May 9-12th at Portage La Prairie.
